All of our OC’s have tragic pasts and probably more or less tragic near futures.
I like angsty stories, but they need a happy ending or I will get pissed off. (fact)
Artemis likes house-elves for a reason. Growing up with an insane father and a cruel and estranged Mother didn’t make for a happy child hood. Well I’m not gonna go in to that.
